Acting for Change was set up in 2008 to provide a fresh, interactive and dynamic approach to training.


Our courses come alive because we replicate real life situations so you learn through experience, within a safe environment. We give you a unique opportunity to ‘see yourself as others see you’ and enjoy learning from the experience!

We’re Acting for Change, a team of professionally trained actors with business backgrounds, who understand the power of drama to positively enhance both individuals and organisations. Our training is fun, fast, challenging and provocative, enabling behavioural change in your organisation at a far deeper level than is possible with traditional training.


From my background in management consultancy I know  that change programmes can be tough to implement, particularly when you’re asking people to change behaviour or develop new interpersonal skills. It’s natural for staff to feel uncomfortable, unsure and go back to their old ways over time. To make change work in the long term there is no substitute for getting people involved, demonstrating scenarios and letting them practice in a fun and supportive environment. That’s where Acting for Change comes in. We inspire people to fulfil their unique potential; actively looking for solutions not problems and opportunities not barriers.
